You’ll start by preparing a creamy Thai Green Curry Chicken, infused with aromatic herbs and a perfect balance of spicy and savory. Then, create Pineapple Fried Rice, a fragrant dish where sweet pineapple and savory rice come together with a hint of curry. Lastly, indulge in a refreshing Bean Curd Salad, topped with toasted sticky rice, offering a light yet satisfying crunch. This menu is a perfect way to explore Thai cooking techniques while savoring the bold flavors of this beloved cuisine.

  1. Participants will cook in pairs. If you book alone, you’ll be paired with another participant.

  3. Our classes require a minimum of 4 participants and can accommodate up to 8 participants.
  4. In the event that the class does not meet the minimum participant requirement, we will offer a full refund or provide the option to transfer to another class of your choice.
