What’s on the Nasi Lemak Grazing Table?

The table is beautifully set with banana leaves for a fragrant, visually stunning presentation. Here’s what your guests will find:

  • Nasi Lemak: Creamy, fragrant coconut rice served warm on banana leaves, offering the perfect base for the accompanying dishes. Its rich texture and aroma will delight your senses with every bite.
  • Rendang Ayam Nogori (Chili Padi Chicken Rendang): Tender chicken slow-cooked in a spicy, aromatic coconut gravy with chili padi, offering a flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth experience.
  • Crispy Sambal Ikan Bilis: A deliciously spicy sambal made with anchovies, crispy and flavorful, creating the perfect balance to the coconut rice.
  • Asam Prawns: Juicy prawns cooked in a tangy tamarind sauce, offering a burst of refreshing heat and flavor.
  • Fried Eggs: Golden, crispy-edged fried eggs with a soft, runny yolk—comforting and rich, adding depth to the meal.
  • Begedil: Deep-fried potato patties that are crispy on the outside, soft and savory on the inside, providing a satisfying contrast to the other components.
